Jeff Shand-Lubbers currently serves as the Director of Panel Operations at HyphaMetrics, where responsibilities include managing a growing panel of TV-viewing households, overseeing recruitment processes, and collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer to enhance user experience. Prior to this role, Jeff held positions at Ipsos as a Senior Account Manager, directing a custom media research panel, and at GfK in various research management roles. Early experience includes a research internship at APCO Worldwide and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Washington University. Jeff holds a BA in Sociology/Political Science from Hope College and an MA in Sociology from The George Washington University.
