Lucas OchoaGarcia has a strong background in customer operations, learning and development, and sales and training executive roles in various skincare and beauty companies such as Hyphen, Live Well With Luke, Paula's Choice Skincare, L'Oréal, and Moon Juice. At L'Oréal, Lucas worked closely with the VP of Specialty Retail to coordinate trainings and events across multiple retail channels and effectively launched product relaunches in the California/Hawaii market.
