Caitlin Collins

Caitlin Collins has a diverse work experience. Caitlin started their career in 2010 as an HR Generalist and Project Manager at Script to Screen, LLC where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Organizational Development Consultant at Sidecar Doughnuts. In 2017, Caitlin joined The Chemistry Group as a Senior Consultant and Head of U.S. People & Compliance, a role they held until 2019. Caitlin then moved to Betterworks and held various positions including Implementation Consultant from 2019 to 2021, Principal Implementation Consultant from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Program Strategy Director.

Caitlin Collins holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Training & Development from Vanguard University of Southern California. Caitlin also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Psychology from Concordia University Irvine. Caitlin has an additional certification as a TotalSDI Facilitator from TotalSDI.
