Yi Shing K. has worked in various companies since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Management Trainee at Pullman Hotels & Resorts, followed by an internship at Inspire Hospitality in the same year. Yi Shing (YS) later worked as Sales & Marketing at Farmshelf from 2019 to 2021, and as Strategy & Operations at Shopee from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are a part of Hypotenuse AI as Growth & Operations.

Yi Shing K. has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore. Yi Shing (YS) also attended the Asian Innovation & Entrepreneurship Immersion Program at both Tsinghua University and the Indian School of Business. Additionally, they were a visiting student at New York University through the NUS Overseas Colleges program, specifically in the NOC New York Batch 12. Yi Shing K. received their International Baccalaureate Diploma from Shanghai High School International Division.
