Lynne Lainez

Lynne Lainez is currently serving as the Head of Talent at Hypothesis Group. Previously, Lynne held roles such as Talent Director at Team One and Conill Advertising, Human Resources Director at GT'S Kombucha, and HR/Payroll Manager at Quest Nutrition. Lynne's career journey in human resources started as a Payroll Assistant at Public Storage and Receptionist/HR Assistant at Meridian Health Care Management. Lynne pursued academic excellence with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, complemented by HR Extension Program at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University.
