Kelly Hines is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Americas, Talent & Culture at KONE since February 2025, Hines has previously held key roles in organizations including Groq, Medtronic, Meta, and Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing executive search initiatives and building effective recruitment teams across various global markets.
