Maxime Deloche

Maxime Deloche has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Their most recent role is a Machine Learning Engineer at HYPR, which they started in 2022. Prior to that, they were an Ingénieur Deep Learning at IBM from 2018-2022. During their time there, they worked on a project involving deep learning and autonomous vehicles, and their goal was to create proof of concepts demonstrating the relevance of IBM Power architectures and the PowerAI deep learning platform in the field of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. Maxime also worked on semantic segmentation of high-resolution images (4K and above). From 2017-2018, they were an Ingénieur Développeur at Aubay, where they worked on a project to digitize handwritten content. Their role was to implement a deep learning solution for handwritten letter recognition, which increased the recognition rate from 75% to 93%. From 2015-2017, they were a Développeur at Euriware Capgemini, where they worked on a project to evolve an LDAP directory as part of the intranet development. Maxime collected and synthesized the needs of future users and proposed a functional solution for the problem, which was then implemented.

Maxime Deloche completed their Baccalauréat S - Section Euro-allemand at Lycée Vaugelas between 2010 and 2013. Maxime then attended La Prépa des INP from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie des Systèmes d'Information from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble from 2015 to 2018.
