George Graves

George G. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. George is currently the Founder and Co-CEO of hyrUP, a tech-driven recruiting venture that utilizes advanced AI and human verification to quickly connect businesses with qualified candidates. In this role, they provide comprehensive support throughout the hiring process.

Prior to founding hyrUP, George worked at The Robert Joseph Group as a Business Development & Recruiting Manager from 2014 to 2019. Here, they focused on developing business strategies and managing the recruitment process.

Before that, George held the position of Business Development & Operations Manager at Metro Waste Services from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they had responsibilities for both business development and managing operations.

George's earlier experience includes working as a Management Analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 2009 to 2011.

George G. obtained their B.B.A. degree in Finance from James Madison University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the QuantumShift 2023 certification from KPMG US in May 2023.
