Ivan Startsev

Ivan Startsev began their career in 2010 as a Jr. System Administrator at Promtex Ltd, where they were responsible for administrating web, database, and mail servers, configuring networks and workstations, and providing user support. In 2011, they became a Software Engineer at Recoveronix | OfficeRecovery.com. In 2013, they moved to DirectRestore LLC as a Senior Software Engineer, where they took part in project planning and taught team members. In 2014, they joined Axcient as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead, Engineering, where they managed and led several groups of developers, took part in release planning, and set goals. Finally, in 2016, they joined Hystax as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead, Engineering, where they were responsible for leading contract projects, project planning, designing, and taking part in developing. In their free time, they also led internal projects and contributed to OpenStack.

Ivan Startsev obtained an Engineer's degree from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) in 2013. Ivan studied Automatic Information Processing and Control Systems from 2007 to 2013.
