Jennifer M. Langer

VP, Controller & CAO at Hyster-Yale

Ms. Langer is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hyster-Yale and oversees accounting and financial reporting. Previously, she served as Director of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis of NACCO Industries, until the spin-off of Hyster-Yale from NACCO Industries in 2012. Ms. Langer also held various other financial reporting roles at NACCO Industries since she began in 2003. Prior to her roles at NACCO Industries and Hyster-Yale, Ms. Langer worked at STERIS Corporation as Manager of Financial Reporting, Cedar Fair as Manager of Investor Relations and Arthur Andersen LLP as a senior auditor. Ms. Langer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1996. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. Ms. Langer is a member of Financial Executives International and The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation – Financial Council. Ms. Langer is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Institute of Art, serving on its Audit and Finance Committees.
