Michele Corini

VP, Global Operations at Hyster-Yale

Mr. Corini is responsible for global manufacturing strategy and deployment, quality, processes, manufacturing engineering, and innovation. He has the primary responsibility for the leadership and development of the strategic footprint, product placement, new product options, and decision-making for their manufacturing sites company-wide.

Mr. Corini relocated to Portland, Oregon from Bergamo, Italy in 2014 to accept the position of Vice President, Engineering at their Counterbalance Development Center. He held this position until promotion to his current role in 2018. Prior to his move, Mr. Corini was the Plant Manager of HYG’s Masate Plant in Masate, Italy. Other experience includes various manufacturing leadership and management positions in HYG’s Modena Plant in Modena, Italy.

Mr. Corini received a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering for the Polytechnic of Milan, Italy.
