Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly, MS, CSP is a seasoned professional in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, currently serving as the Sr. EHS Manager at Hyster-Yale Group, where significant achievements include an 84% reduction in recordable injuries and a 97% decrease in direct worker's compensation costs over three years. Previously, Stephen worked at Vermeer Corporation in various EHS roles, including EHS Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating safety activities across eight manufacturing plants, ensuring the safety of over 2,700 team members, and leading initiatives such as the development of a process to account for personnel during emergencies. Stephen is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Carolina Star Safety Conference and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
