Matthew Brooks

Matthew Brooks is a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. EHS Manager at Dairy Farmers of America since May 2020, Matthew previously held senior EHS management roles at Dean Foods, where responsibilities included oversight of regulatory permits and hazardous waste management. Earlier experience includes serving as EHS Manager at Vireol Bio Energy LLC and HSE Manager at Rolls-Royce, managing environmental safety programs at aerospace manufacturing facilities. Matthew's career began as an EHS Specialist at West Virginia University, followed by a long tenure at Amcor as Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Safety Management from West Virginia University.
