Previously, Robert held various positions at Ford Motor Company from May 2002 to March 2019, including Product Liability Manager, where oversight of product liability claims and strategic direction for case handling were key roles. Robert's engineering background includes positions as Product Engineering Supervisor and Design Engineer, focusing on quality improvement and warranty reduction. Robert holds an MBA in Operations Management and an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
