Bill Miller

Bill Miller has a strong background in the finance and automotive industry. Bill currently holds the position of VP Collections at Hyundai Capital America, which they have been in since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Hyundai Capital Canada from 2022 to 2024.

Before joining Hyundai Capital, Bill Miller worked at General Motors, where they held various management roles. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Analytics & Performance Management Leader, responsible for portfolio strategy and analytics in collections and post charge-off recovery. From 2001 to 2007, they served as a Manager, leading outbound and web-based sales efforts and managing a call center.

In between their time at General Motors and Hyundai Capital, they gained experience at RiskSpan as a Director, where they directed the Dallas consulting branch and oversaw sales, relationship management, marketing strategy, and project execution. Bill also served as the COO at Association Capital Recovery, leading start-up operations and being responsible for various areas including IT, account management, collections, staffing, and strategy.

Overall, Bill Miller has a diverse skill set and extensive experience in collections, recovery, strategy, analytics, and management in the automotive and finance industry.

Bill Miller received their BBA in Finance / Entrepreneurship from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business between 1996 and 2001. Bill then pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2008 to 2010.
