Mike Shin

Mike Shin has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Planning & Analytics at Hyundai Capital America since February 2010. In this role, Mike leads HR initiatives focusing on people metrics, advanced analytics, and data reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making and advises HR leaders to identify trends for operational improvements. Previously, Mike held positions as Manager II in HR Analytics and HRIS & Reporting, overseeing HRIS operations and providing support for HR systems. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Analyst II at U.S. Bank and HRIS Analyst at Wells Fargo. Mike holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
