Sathish S.

Sathish S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sathish started their career as an Apprenticeship Trainee at Dr. Ambedkar Transport Corporation in Chennai, India in 1994. Sathish then worked as a Manager at Covansys (CBSI), A CSC Company from 1996 to 2000, where they focused on database administration and software development.

In 2000, Sathish joined DaimlerChrysler Financial Services as an IT Project Manager and Systems Manager. Sathish was responsible for managing and driving systems and project management initiatives, including overseeing onsite and offshore teams and providing 24/7 production support for business applications.

From 2007 to 2011, Sathish worked at Chrysler Financial as a Business Systems Manager. In this role, they managed business needs and provided innovative solutions to support efficient remarketing operations.

In 2011, Sathish joined TD Bank Group; TD Auto Finance as an AVP in Projects and Business Systems Management. Sathish led the day-to-day management of business systems and successfully delivered numerous operational and improvement projects.

Since 2013, Sathish has been working at Hyundai Capital America. Sathish initially served as a Manager II, Remarketing Projects before moving on to become the Director of EPMO ~ Center of Excellence. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Remarketing Operations, where they lead a team in alignment with company strategies and is responsible for remarketing inventory sales, pricing, forecasting, and vendor performance.

Sathish S. obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management from Walsh College, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Sathish completed their Bachelor's in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Sathyabama University between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they received their Higher Secondary education in Math and Science from St. Peter's Higher Secondary School from 1986 to 1989, and their Elementary to Middle School education in Math and Science from National Public School from 1975 to 1986. In terms of certifications, Sathish S. obtained the REM, Rapid Execution Method - Certified Change Consultant (C3) certification from Hyundai Capital America in 2017 and the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005.
