Juyeon Won

Juyeon Won has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. juyeon currently works as the Director of Communication and Product Development at Hyundai L&C USA, where they lead and directs the communication and product development team. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Kitchen and Bath Design / Design Director at LG Hausys, where they led and managed the Kitchen and Bath design team. Before that, they served as the Head of Design Center / Design Director at LG Hausys America, overseeing the design center and developing design principles for surface materials. juyeon also worked as the Head of the Windows & Surface Material Design Team / Senior Design Manager at LX Hausys, and as the Leader of the Future Design Part / Senior Design Manager at LX Hausys and Leader of PVC Window Design Part / Design Manager at LX Hausys, where they developed design strategies and led design teams. Earlier in their career, they worked at LG Chem as a Designer of WPC Products & Doors / Senior Designer, Designer of Solid Surface and Laminated Film / Junior Designer, and Designer of Prefabricated Bathroom Unit & Automotive Skin / Assistant Designer, where they designed and prototyped various products and participated in design projects. Juyeon Won has a proven track record of developing creative strategies, managing teams, and delivering innovative designs in the industry.

Juyeon Won holds a Master's degree in Design from Domus Academy, which was earned from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2001, Juyeon studied Industrial Design and earned a Bachelor's degree from Hongik University. Additionally, in 2013-2014, Juyeon pursued a Master's degree in Art in design from the University of Wales. Along with their academic achievements, Juyeon obtained a certification as a lecturer of Creating Customer Value Course from LG Academy in January 2009.
