Bruno Nascimento

Bruno Nascimento has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the shipping and logistics sectors. Currently an Inside Sales and Customer Service professional at HMM since August 2023, Bruno previously worked as an English student at Universal English College and held key roles at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company from August 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing reefer bookings, customer support, cargo tracking, and freight negotiation. Prior to that, Bruno served as a Customer Service Trainee at LafargeHolcim, focusing on customer support and logistics, and as an Import and Export Analyst at INTER ADUANEIRA, handling port fee payments and import documentation. Bruno holds a degree in Comércio Exterior from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Praia Grande and a Bachelor of Technology in Logistics from Universidade Santa Cecília.
