Cyndi Nagel

Cyndi Nagel currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Hyundai Motor America, responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that support high-performing teams, including high-potential employee programs and succession planning. Prior to this, Cyndi held the position of Global Leader of Talent Development at Belkin International, where responsibilities included driving global learning strategies and creating training programs to enhance a diverse workforce. Additionally, Cyndi managed all training functions at Sport Chalet LLC, overseeing staff development, recruitment, and operational training across multiple locations. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
