Jonathan Hoffman

Jonathan Hoffman has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Group Manager - Aftersales at Hyundai Motor America since September 2002. In this role, Jonathan supervises the Development Parts and Service Managers (DPSM), focusing on mentoring and developmental planning to enhance their performance while meeting regional sales, warranty, training, customer satisfaction, and consumer affairs goals. Prior to this position, Jonathan held the role of District Parts and Service Manager, acting as a liaison between Hyundai Motor America and its dealerships. Jonathan's career began at Subaru of America as a Service Operations Associate. Educationally, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Eastern University and an Associate in Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Rowan College at Gloucester County.
