Michelle Deines is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and strategic operations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Safety Business Management at Hyundai Motor America since October 2019, Michelle has progressed through various roles including Manager of Business Management for North American Safety Operations and Assistant Manager of Strategy Operations. Prior to joining Hyundai, Michelle spent over two decades at Toyota North America, where responsibilities included serving as a Strategic Planning Senior Analyst, leading cross-organizational teams on significant supply chain projects. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
