Leo Fang

Leo Fang serves as the Director of Product Development and Management at Hyva since January 2019, overseeing the global R&D and application support for sanitation equipment and vehicles. Key responsibilities include product maintenance, development, localization, and digital transformation, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders and leading pre-sales technical support for critical projects. Prior experience includes roles such as Plant General Manager at Emerson, where operational and engineering responsibilities were managed, Engineering Manager at Textron, and various engineering positions at Caterpillar Inc., including Engineering Team Leader and Project Lead. Leo Fang holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
