Elena Rudenkaya

Elena Rudenkaya has extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Elena'smost recent role was as the Director of Marketing for ITE Group plc, a position they held since February 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head Of Marketing Communication for FIFA Sponsorship at Alfa-Bank from November 2016 to August 2017. Elena also served as the Acting Marketing Director for Russia and CIS at Tata Global Beverages from November 2015 to November 2016, where they led the marketing department and improved brand performance. Elena had a significant role at Philips, where they held multiple positions including Senior Manager Marketing for Russia and CIS from May 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they had an international assignment as the Global Marketing Manager at the company's Hong Kong HQ from November 2013 to May 2014. Elena started their career in marketing as the Marketing Communications Manager at Visa from August 2007 to April 2013. Elena also worked as a Marketing Manager at Intesa Sanpaolo from November 2006 to August 2007, a Brand Manager at Istok from November 2003 to November 2006, and a BTL Manager at JSC Svarog from August 2002 to November 2003.

Elena Rudenkaya has a diverse education background. In 1997 to 2001, they studied Economics and innovation management at Moscow State Technological University "Stankin". Elena then pursued a degree in Psychology of Marketing, Advertising, and PR at Lomonosov Moscow State University from 2001 to 2002. From 2001 to 2003, Elena obtained a Specialist degree in Financial Management from State University High School Of Economics. Later on, they completed an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from Kingston University between 2010 and 2012. In 2013, Elena attended the Leadership program for Philips CLP members at Harvard Business School.
