Yonder Berencén

Yonder Berencén is a Senior Research Associate at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) with a strong interest in the interplay between photons, electrons, and matter at the nanoscale. They previously served as a Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellow and have held positions at the University of Havana as a Lecturer Professor and at the University of Barcelona as a PhD student and later as a Doctor. Yonder holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Havana, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Silicon Photonics and Optoelectronics from the University of Barcelona.
