The current leadership team at HZO has a history of working in various human resources and business roles. They have experience as a global compensation consultant, global compensation and benefits leader, Sr. compensation consultant, and director of compensation. Their educational backgrounds are in finance from the University of Florida and business from Meredith College. This experience and education provides them with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead the company successfully.
