Ronald Peereboom

Ronald Peereboom currently serves as the Director of HR Transformation and Head of People and Performance at HZPC, leading a global HR and digital transformation initiative centered around the introduction of a new ERP system. Prior to this role, Ronald held several key HR positions, including Group Head of People & Culture at The Kingfish Company and Director of People & Culture EMEA at BCD Meetings & Events. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Head of People and Culture at Hilton Food Group plc, Global Learning & Development Manager at SHV, and Human Resources Director for Nutreco. Ronald also held roles at Cargill and Provimi, gaining extensive expertise in HR integration and management. Academic credentials include a Post Bachelor in Business Management from Avans University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Inholland University.
