Ryan Adams

Ryan Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they started as a Development Assistant and Student Development Project Leader at Harvard Divinity School, where they focused on enhancing development strategies and fundraising efforts. Following this, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at the Jewish Venture Mentoring Service, where they provided mentorship and support to entrepreneurs in the Greater Boston Area. Ryan then served as a Lead Consultant at Theoremx Solutions, specializing in analyzing and developing solutions for businesses to reduce expenses and increase growth. Ryan also worked as an Account Manager at Virtua Computers, building successful client relationships and increasing company earnings. In 2016, Ryan became a New York City Fellow at the New Leaders Council, acquiring skills and knowledge to become a future community leader. In 2017, they co-founded HZQ Consulting and played an instrumental role in supporting small businesses, new ventures, political campaigns, and non-profit organizations. Most recently, in 2022, Ryan was an Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Sidepocket, a deep-tech company revolutionizing wealth management. Overall, Ryan has demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship, leadership, and helping others achieve success.

Ryan Adams received a BA in English, Theology, and American Catholic Studies from Fordham University from 2007 to 2011. Ryan then pursued further education at Harvard Divinity School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Masters of Theological Studies, specializing in Jewish/Judaic Studies and Religion, Ethics, and Politics.
