Prafulla Deori

Prafulla Deori currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Ericsson, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Prafulla held the same role at Cradlepoint from June 2021 until September 2024, focusing on developing and implementing APAC talent strategies. Prafulla's experience includes being a Lead Recruiter for APAC at Cloudera and a Talent Partner at Adobe Systems, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end recruitment processes. Prafulla began a career in recruitment at Zyoin, managing various client hiring needs. Additionally, Prafulla is actively involved in mentoring at topmate.io and building a community for recruiters through the initiative "The Pioneer Collective" at I AM A RECRUITER. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Bangalore University and degrees from the Indian Institutes of Management in Kozhikode and Bangalore.
