Tracie Reddy

Tracie Reddy is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in developmental disabilities and behavioral health. Since October 2021, Tracie has served as Operations Administrator and previously as Residential Operations Manager at I Am Boundless, Inc. Tracie's experience includes serving as an Independent Contractor for the State of Ohio since September 2007, specializing in developmental disabilities. Prior positions include Program Specialist at Minamyer Residential MRDD from June 2017 to June 2022 and Behavioral Health Technician at Step by Step Academy from January 2009 to June 2017. Tracie holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Francis Marion University.
