Vice President at I and I Sling

Corey Sullivan has held various roles in the industrial and sales industries since 2004. In 2011, they began working for I&I Sling Inc. as Vice President, then as Business Development Manager, and later as Branch Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing production, sales, and administrative operations, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 quality management system was followed by employees, and developing and implementing strategic plans and policies. Corey also served as an Outside Product Advisor, providing expert product knowledge and consulting for a variety of industrial settings and communicating proper lifting techniques and rigging selection with all levels of an organization.

Prior to this, Corey worked for Fastenal from 2009 to 2011 as General Manager and Outside Sales Representative. As General Manager, they were responsible for developing and executing a sales plan in a local territory to reach/exceed business goals, demonstrating excellence in business to business selling on a daily basis, and effectively communicating business statistics and progress toward goals to motivate the performance of others. As Outside Sales Representative, they were responsible for developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals, selling industrial and construction supplies business to business, and conducting cold calls with manufacturing, maintenance, construction, job sites, and other industrial accounts.

Lastly, Corey worked for Dreamhome Remodeling Inc. from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they held roles as Sales Representative and Marketing Manager. As Sales Representative, they were responsible for generating and following up on leads, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business. As Marketing Manager, they were responsible for directing daily training meetings, supervising and motivating over twenty employees, and effectively hiring and training all employees.

Corey Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from George Mason University between 2005 and 2010. In March 2012, they obtained a Certified Rigger Level 1 certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators.
