Clara Di Dio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technical expertise in public health and human rights. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Technical Expert at International Advisory, Products and Systems (i-APS) since February 2022, Clara previously held roles such as Consultant at The Carter Center, where training on Mental Health and Human Rights was provided, and assessed quality standards in health facilities. As General Coordinator at Médecins du Monde, Clara managed overall activities with a focus on mental health, while also conducting a fact-finding mission regarding health needs among Syrian refugees in Jordan. Prior roles include Project Manager at AIFO, where a multi-country mental health program was coordinated, and Programme Analyst for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Egypt, responsible for implementing the UN Human Rights Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Clara holds a Master of Public Health and a Master in Human Rights from the University of Essex, as well as a degree in International Relations from Università degli Studi di Milano.
