Sweetlana Ranjan

Sweetlana Ranjan has a range of work experience, beginning in 2003 as an Office Assistant and HR Executive at Deepak Mehta Architect - India. From there, they worked as a Quality Coach at Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd before becoming a Quality Assurance Executive at Spanco Telesystems in 2006. In 2007, Sweetlana joined PCS Technology Ltd. as an Assistant Executive to VP/HR. Sweetlana then transitioned to Kaivalya Education Foundation in 2010, where they served as a Program Manager until 2022. Following this, they worked as a Program Director at Piramal Foundation from 2017 to 2022. Most recently, they founded i-Behind the Ink in 2022.

Sweetlana Ranjan obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2006. Sweetlana has also obtained additional certifications in Life Coaching from Achology, 24 topics on Harvard ManageMentor from Harvard Business Publishing, ASCEND 4.0 from Piramal Group, and Design Thinking from TinkerLabs.
