Damiano Bragiè 白达明

Damiano Bragiè has over 20 years of work experience in various managerial roles in different companies.

Damiano currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager at HERO Products Group since 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as the Country Manager China at Scm Group from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for implementing strategic plans and managing SCM China Trading Ltd.

From 2016 to 2018, Damiano was a Council Member at GLG, where they provided consulting services to industrial and automotive markets.

Before that, they were the General Manager & Managing Director China at Piovani from 2014 to 2016, where they reorganized sales and production departments to improve financial performance.

From 2001 to 2014, they had multiple roles at SKF Group, including Factory Manager, Head of Sales and General Manager for various business units in Asia, and Global Segment Manager.

Damiano also worked as a Key Account Manager at Festo from 1999 to 2001 and as a Project Engineer at Lear Corporation from 1997 to 1999.

Damiano Bragiè 白达明 began their education journey in 1991, when they enrolled at Politecnico di Torino to pursue a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Damiano successfully completed the program in 1997. Later, in 1999, they obtained a qualification, known as "Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di ingegnere," also from Politecnico di Torino.

In 2012, Damiano enrolled in executive education programs at several institutes. Damiano first attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) for SKF International Management Training. Damiano then pursued the same training at INSEAD and the Indian School of Business, both in the same year.

To further enhance their professional skills, Damiano obtained additional certifications. In 2017, they completed the Mergers and Acquisitions certification from LinkedIn. The following month, they also acquired the Strategic Planning Fundamentals certification, also from LinkedIn.
