Josh Perez

Josh Perez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the service and equipment sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of North America at ITW Food Equipment Group since September 2025, Josh leads the full-service business supporting established brands in the region, overseeing operations with full P&L accountability. Prior roles include Chief Revenue Officer at Altus Fire & Life Safety, and Senior Vice President of Operations at ADT Solar. From 2002 to 2025, Josh held multiple management positions at ADT and ADT Commercial, progressively advancing through roles such as General Manager, Regional Vice President, and Sales Manager.
