Stephen L Gibson

Stephen L Gibson, PE, CSCP, PMP, currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Project Manager at I. C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. since July 2016. Prior to this role, Stephen held various engineering and management positions including Campus Engineering Manager at GAP Inc., where oversight of the Industrial Engineering team took place at the largest distribution operation in the company. Additionally, Stephen led the implementation of Johnson Electric’s Production System as the Regional Genba Kaizen Lead in the Americas and worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Visteon managing capital and expense funding for significant projects. Early career experience includes engineering roles at DeCorp, Doane Pet Care Company, Tenneco, Batesville Casket Company, and Murray Outdoor Products, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies in diverse manufacturing environments. Stephen holds an MBA in International Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
