Michael Maloziec

Michael Maloziec has over 25 years of experience in engineering and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead Project Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since November 2006, Michael has successfully launched innovation and major redesign projects. Previous roles include Senior Program Engineer at Cooper Standard Automotive and Engineering Supervisor at Eaton Corporation, where Michael managed teams and engineered components for major automotive manufacturers such as Ford, GM, and BMW. Michael's career began at Ford Motor Company as a Product Development Engineer. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
