Chris Tereo

Chris leads iFC portfolio management, asset disposition and asset underwriting disciplines. Prior to iFC, Chris oversaw the asset management strategy as a regional real estate developer. Chris successfully negotiated the buy and sell side of single family, multi-family, small commercial and mixed-use properties across Philadelphia. Chris graduated from The Fox School of Business at Temple University with a degree in Finance. In his free time Chris enjoys volunteering on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit, Michael’s Giving HAND, and acts as the Treasurer of the organization.
