Lauren Dolby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality analysis and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Analyst at iGO4 since November 2015, Lauren has contributed significantly to ensuring operational excellence. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at MasterCard from April 2014 to October 2015 as a Fraud Analyst, where responsibilities included managing fraud alerts, identifying trends, and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, Lauren's background includes serving as a Customer Service Representative, providing support for prepaid currency cards. Lauren holds a Foundation degree in Sports Horse Management and Training from Nottingham Trent University and completed high school education at Arthur Mellows Village College.
