Lori Canova

Lori Canova serves as the Chief Growth Officer for the "I Have A Dream" Foundation - National, focusing on developing and implementing a national growth strategy for the affiliate network. Previously, Lori held the position of President and CEO at the "I Have A Dream" Foundation of Boulder County for over two decades, where significant organizational growth was achieved, increasing the budget from $80,000 to $4 million. Lori's prior experience includes roles as Director of the Pro Bono Mental Health Program at the Mental Health Association of Colorado and Program Director for various youth initiatives. Lori's educational background includes a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and the University of Denver, respectively, alongside studies at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
