Nicolas Oppel

Nicolas Oppel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and culinary operations. Currently serving as the Corporate Procurement Director at I Heart Mac & Cheese and More since February 2023, Nicolas has established partnerships with manufacturers to enhance brand rebate revenues and ensure compliance with vendor agreements. Prior to this role, Nicolas worked as the Director of Purchasing at NationsBenefits and Deliverlean Marketplace, managing substantial purchasing volumes. At DeliverLean, Nicolas achieved significant cost reductions as Executive Chef while overseeing a high-volume production operation. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at TTICOMM Corp. as Director of Operations and an executive chef role at Sheraton Bal Harbour Beach Resort. Nicolas holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
