Owen Murray

Owen Murray is currently the Franchise Owner at I Heart Mac & Cheese, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, staff recruitment, retention, and marketing for multiple locations in Maryland. Owen also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mac Daddy Group, which plans to expand by opening five new franchises in the next two years. Previously, Owen served as Director of Wellness at CARCHEX, where oversight of the workplace wellness program led to multiple recognitions, including being named a SmartCEO Healthiest Company Finalist. Additional experience includes roles as Affiliate Manager at DoublePositive Marketing Group, Assistant Service Manager at Bill Kidds Volvo, Loan Officer at New Logic Mortgage, and Car Audio Installer at Tweeter. Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury University and continues education at Penn State University.
