Felicia Crenshaw

Felicia Crenshaw currently serves as the College Advising Manager at I Know I Can since August 2023. Previously, Felicia held the position of Teacher at Columbus City Schools - Ohio from August 2018 to April 2024. Additional experience includes roles such as Customer Support at Root Insurance Company, Help Desk Technician at American Institutes for Research, and Admissions Coordinator at ECOT CTE Academy. Felicia has also worked as a Leave of Absence Coordinator at Sedgwick CMS, Site Coordinator at TECH CORPS, Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Credit and Collections Specialist at Choice Recovery. Felicia began coaching as Head Volleyball Coach 14 at Buckeye Volleyball Club. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Management in Business and Sports Management from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, completed in 2011.
