Stephen Sieck's work experience spans various fields such as engineering, manufacturing, and program management. Stephen started their career as an Operations Research Analyst in the US Army TRADOC Analysis Center. Stephen then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at AAON, where they streamlined production data to improve procedures and optimize production time. As an Industrial Engineer at Bueno Foods, they coordinated production line development and improvement and managed plant infrastructure and utility improvement projects. At the Air Force Research Laboratory, they worked as the Program Manager for Analysis and Assessments and as the Deputy Program Manager/Operations Research Analyst, where they provided analysis and assessments on emerging technologies and flight missions. Stephen continued to work in the IT sector, serving as a Senior Analyst at TAU TECHNOLOGIES LLC and most recently as a Senior Program Manager at Infinity Labs.
Stephen Sieck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Arkansas in 2008-2012. Stephen pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at New Mexico State University from 2012-2013. Stephen also obtained the Engineer Intern certification from the Arkansas Board of Licensure for PE's & PS's in May 2012 and earned multiple certifications related to Engineering and Science & Technology from the Defense Acquisition University.
