Min Choe

Min Choe is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tso Chinese, a position held since January 2017. In addition to this role, Min Choe serves as a member of the Board of Directors for I Live Here I Give Here and the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce. Min Choe has also been involved with the Austin Asian Community Health Initiative, first as Chairman of the Board from April 2019 to December 2022 and currently as a Board Advisor since January 2024. Educationally, Min Choe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where education was completed between 1996 and 2003.
