Patrick Tay Teck Guan

Patrick Tay Teck Guan is an accomplished legal and political professional currently serving as the Assistant Secretary-General and Director of Strategy and Legal at the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Tay has held multiple roles as an elected Member of Parliament across various constituencies in Singapore, including Pioneer SMC, West Coast GRC (Boon Lay), and Nee Soon GRC (Nee Soon East). Prior experience includes practicing as an Advocate & Solicitor at the Supreme Court of Singapore and chairing the Education Group Representation Constituency (GPC) at the Ministry of Education. Additionally, Tay serves as the Board Chairman of the SIM People Development Fund at the Singapore Institute of Management. Educational credentials include an Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School and a Master of Laws from the NUS Faculty of Law.
