Warren Ong

Warren Ong is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at the Singapore Institute of Management since February 2024, Warren previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at ComfortDelGro from February 2021 to December 2023. Warren's prior experience includes IT Director at Resorts World Sentosa, where key achievements involved formulating the RWS 2.0 Technology Masterplan and enhancing customer experience through technology innovations. As the Director and Founder of cloud9, Warren developed a successful digital marketplace for freelance wellness services. Past roles at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore included Senior Manager responsible for PMO, IT Planning, and Governance, as well as Innovation Centre Lead. Warren has a solid educational background with a Double Degree in Business (Accounting) and Computing (Information Systems) from Monash University.
