Nathan Cornett

Nathan Cornett, CPA, currently serves as Associate Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at I-Mab Biopharma since February 2024. Prior to this role, Nathan held the position of Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting at Aerie Pharmaceuticals from July 2022 to January 2024. Nathan's career began at KPMG as a Senior Associate in Audit, followed by roles at CohnReznick LLP and The Siegfried Group, where Nathan progressed from Audit Associate to Associate Manager. Nathan's experience also includes internships at PNC Financial Services and Detroit Diesel, as well as teaching assistant and accounting intern roles at the University of Pittsburgh and Michigan State University, respectively. Nathan holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Eastern Michigan University.
