Josh Smith is a Laboratory Analyst at the Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM) since April 2021. Prior experience includes an internship at Komatsu Mining Corp. in May 2018, where Josh participated in a student project placement that significantly enhanced roller capacity by 80% within the first month as part of an operational excellence program. Josh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering from the University of Exeter, completed in 2019.
