Bob Hanscom

Robert Hanscom serves as a Strategic Advisor at I-PASS Patient Safety Institute since May 2023, following a distinguished career in risk management and analytics. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President for Risk Management and Analytics at Coverys from 2013 until retirement in September 2022. From 1998 to 2013, Robert was Vice President at CRICO/RMF, overseeing the Loss Prevention and Patient Safety Department for 13 years and leading the Consulting Division for six years. Earlier in Robert's career, from 1993 to 1998, roles included Director of Hospital Operations and Vice President of Clinical Services at Lahey Clinic. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Pacific Union College and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law.
